A liqueur flavored with Guava, Starfruit, Mint, Sage, Lemongrass & Peppercorns. 30% ABV. Sweetened with Raw Sugar.

One of our 2015 Releases, Zaphod is an improbably easygoing liqueur that has great ambition but knows the value of procrastination. Flavored with guava and starfruit, it has a mellow fruitiness up front. Backed by fresh mint and sage, it has delightful aromatics that open up with any kind of carbonated mixer. With lemongrass and peppercorn to finish out the bouquet, it has just enough edge to give it some satisfying complexity. Raw sugar sweetens the drink to the point where it’s easily sippable but not cloying.

As a sipper on it’s own, Zaphod appeals to those who like sweet cocktails and refreshing, summery tastes. In mixed drinks, the aromatic flavors come through best with a bit of carbonation, or layered in with other unflavored liquors.
