One of our 2015 releases, Beebop is a wonderfully bright, aromatic, and flavorful liqueur that shines as both as sipper and a mixer. The front of this drink is sweet and tart, with a sharp bite of rhubarb. It finishes with a tannic dryness of hibiscus, and leaves a trace of rosemary and allspice behind.
In cocktails, whether a simple spritzer or layered into more complex drinks, Beebop is spiky enough to stand out with unusual flavors that are hard to miss. It can contrast a lemonade or tea for a refreshing twist on a simple mixer, or layer nicely in with gin, whiskey, or mezcal.
